Glass in my heart
Burrowed so deep
It's like this disire
That penatrates me
I burn so hot
I'm frozen in ice
In my heart
I know it's time
There's a man
Under the sycamore
His face is cold and tired
He would lay down his life
For a moment of love
But no one does he find
I reach out to touch him
But in the moment he's gone
He laid his life down for another
But the other did not love
With a spar of ice he wrought
Into the sycamore's trunk
"Do not cry for me my love
Because you love me not."

For One Who's Name I will Not mention
Listen
I will lay it out plain
I love you
Like I never will again
It's clear you feel
The same about me
So listen to
My silent plea
I know you're
Afraid to ask
But take the risk
It's always a chance
Little do you know
I will say yes
I will lay it out plain
I love you
Like I never will again
It's clear you feel
The same about me
So listen to
My silent plea
I know you're
Afraid to ask
But take the risk
It's always a chance
Little do you know
I will say yes
Love Disappears
Love disappears,
And burns one's heart
To ashes
It confuses
It maddens
Love is what keeps you going
Love is what gets you down
Love is what feels the best
Love is what hurts the most
Although Love disappears,
Out of the ashes a new one rises,
So now out of the burnt shell of my heart
A tear of blood wells
But there is a reason to live
Now that a new love
Is reborn.
And burns one's heart
To ashes
It confuses
It maddens
Love is what keeps you going
Love is what gets you down
Love is what feels the best
Love is what hurts the most
Although Love disappears,
Out of the ashes a new one rises,
So now out of the burnt shell of my heart
A tear of blood wells
But there is a reason to live
Now that a new love
Is reborn.

Love
Am I destined to be loved?
Or will I fade,
Never known,
Never kissed,
Into the soft oblivion of old age?
Or will I find someone
Someone who loves me for who I am.
Are my standerds too high,
Or is there truely
No one in this world
Who would hold me
And love me?
Or will I fade,
Never known,
Never kissed,
Into the soft oblivion of old age?
Or will I find someone
Someone who loves me for who I am.
Are my standerds too high,
Or is there truely
No one in this world
Who would hold me
And love me?
Freebird
I want to fly away
To a place where I am alone
I want to fly away
I want to be a Freebird
I can talk but
Does anyone truly lison
I want to be alone for awhile
I want to be a Freebird
I can't stop the voices
But maybe I can change them
I want to change them
I want to be a Freebird
To a place where I am alone
I want to fly away
I want to be a Freebird
I can talk but
Does anyone truly lison
I want to be alone for awhile
I want to be a Freebird
I can't stop the voices
But maybe I can change them
I want to change them
I want to be a Freebird

Chains and Blackness (and all in between)
Chains and blackness surround me
Rushing over the grey ground
Chains and blackness
I no longer see
Chains and Blackness and everything in between
Love is lost
And love is taken
I do love
Don't be mistaken
I no longer dream
Chains and blackness and everything in between
Chains and blackness surround me
Rushing over the grey ground
Chains and blackness
I no longer see
Chains and Blackness and everything in between
Rushing over the grey ground
Chains and blackness
I no longer see
Chains and Blackness and everything in between
Love is lost
And love is taken
I do love
Don't be mistaken
I no longer dream
Chains and blackness and everything in between
Chains and blackness surround me
Rushing over the grey ground
Chains and blackness
I no longer see
Chains and Blackness and everything in between

Black Velvet
She sits in a corner of the wold
Her existance unknown
Or no one cares
She sits and cries
Just a person.
Covered by black velvet,
Her only possesion is her soul.
She is in grief and sorrow
And pain and hunger.
She is black velvet
Black velbet.
Her existance unknown
Or no one cares
She sits and cries
Just a person.
Covered by black velvet,
Her only possesion is her soul.
She is in grief and sorrow
And pain and hunger.
She is black velvet
Black velbet.

Pressure (poem)
Pressures pushinig down on me
Soon I will explode
No one understands
My mind
Pressures pushing down on me
Soon I will explode
Rebelion is my religion
Music is my temple
Pressures pushing down on me
Soon I will explode
No Rhythem and Rime to it
Always pressure
Soon I will explode
No one understands
My mind
Pressures pushing down on me
Soon I will explode
Rebelion is my religion
Music is my temple
Pressures pushing down on me
Soon I will explode
No Rhythem and Rime to it
Always pressure

The Page (poem)
Squiggles on the page I draw,
Each turn reprisenting a change,
My pen wanders like a dream,
They must not end.
But as my pen moves, I think of you,
And I pause.
Now everything melts into grey,
And my tears smudge the ink,
As I think of you
Each turn reprisenting a change,
My pen wanders like a dream,
They must not end.
But as my pen moves, I think of you,
And I pause.
Now everything melts into grey,
And my tears smudge the ink,
As I think of you

In Dreams (poem)
In Dreams I will find you,
My one true love.
In dreams will I find you,
In the heavens above.
Love each other though we may, only in dream will I find you today.
In dreams I see you,
Holding me close,
Our bodies dripping with sweat.
In dreams I see you,
Crying over my unconsious body,
Thinking I was dead,
But I was not.
Only in dreams....
My one true love.
In dreams will I find you,
In the heavens above.
Love each other though we may, only in dream will I find you today.
In dreams I see you,
Holding me close,
Our bodies dripping with sweat.
In dreams I see you,
Crying over my unconsious body,
Thinking I was dead,
But I was not.
Only in dreams....

Ever Present Past
Here is a music vid that might interest all of you Paul Mccartney fans out there.....
And while I wait for that to download, here is another one of my poems.
Your eyes are deeper than the deepest oceans, and when you look in my eyes you see straight to my soul. Every breath you take I breathe with you, and everything you see I see with you. I know you love me, and I love you, but love is blind, and even though we know that us two hopeless romantics can never be together, we refuse to see the obvious. So, we will keep dreaming and loving, until death doth do us part.
